NOT-SO-SENIOR FITNESS
Actively aging is the goal of this energetic class with a focus on maintaining and improving cardio, strength, flexibility and mobility. This is not your average seniors class! The impact may be low but the energy is sky high!
SHRED
This workout is a combination of HIIT, step, weights and core training that we complete in four cycles over one hour. Be prepared to get sweaty!
CARDIO CORE
A high energy class focusing on building core strength and cardiovascular endurance. Mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises, this class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and core fired up!
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
A high energy class that focuses on strengthening your body for every day life. We use a mix of body weight movements and movements that require weights to strengthen the muscles you will need day to day, whether it be helping a buddy push his car out of the snow or carrying six bags of groceries in to avoid a second trip!
BUILD
This is a low impact version of our Functional Fitness Class. See above for description.
STEP
Step is a choreographed cardio workout that uses a platform to challenge the body and increase caloric burn. All fitness levels can enjoy this high energy, calorie torching class.
REPS
An infusion of strength and cardio designed to strengthen and sculpt your body. Each REPS class is executed in a different style, uses different equipment and will keep your body (and mind) guessing!
BEGINNER YOGA
Yoga is a practice of connecting body movements (poses) with the breath. Each class consists of a warm up to get your body and mind focused, active poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility and a cool down to allow the body to come to a resting state. You'll leave feeling energized yet relaxed!
CHAIR YOGA
Experience the benefits of yoga from the comfort of a chair!
YIN YOGA
A slow, soothing meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep breathing and targets the deep connective tissues, fascia, and ligaments within the body through passive poses that are held 2-5 minutes. The slow, deep stretches help to balance the body, mind, and spirit.
